Triton College is a premier two-year institution of higher education dedicated to student success. Located just south of O’Hare Airport, in River Grove, IL, our students come from various near suburbs and Chicago. Our Engineering Technology curriculum provides students with two degree pathways, one being Mechanical Design and the other being Mechatronics (Robotics). There are also four certificates that feed these degrees, allowing for stackable credentials. Both pathways contain courses that build knowledge in basic and advanced drafting and design principles using various 2D and 3D CAD systems, integrating lean principles, shop safety practices, and an understanding of electro-mechanical and pneumatic systems.
