When is it too early to get kids interested in technology? Triton College says NEVER, by offering some very fun and enlightening Youth Programs this summer. From June 16-July 31, Triton will host a range of camps, covering a wide variety of interests:

Tech Week
Tech Week will feature a Cars Camp for Kids, in which young participants will learn how a car works. Also part of Tech Week, Waterbotics Camp will build (both literally and figuratively) math, science and technology skills through the design and construction of aquatic LEGO robots.

GADgET Girls Week
GADgET (Girls Adventuring in Design Engineering and Technology) Girls Week is a two-week program designed to introduce girls aged 12-16 to the world of manufacturing. To show just how fun and accessible this program will be, it is sponsored by a group called “Nuts, Bolts and Thingamajigs.” GADgET Camp Flyer 2014
