Matt Dresbach of La Salle, IL was only a recent graduate of the Certified Production Technician (CPT) program when he was quickly hired by American Nickeloid in Peru, IL. While he initially considered other programs of study, he chose this route for the great opportunity.

American Nickeloid is one of 14 local manufacturers that helped develop the college program which is a 16 credit, financial aid-eligible certification program. American Nickeloid Vice President and General Manager Mike Stariha said of Dresbach “Given his solid foundation and the fact over 80 percent of our workforce will be older than 55 by year’s end, his upward potential is limitless.”
