New Zealand Invests in Skokie’s LanzaTech

The New Zealand government is funding Skokie-based LanzaTech with a new $60 million investment. LanzaTech converts waste gases into useful chemicals and fuels, such as ethanol. The company, started in New Zealand, is now headquartered in Skokie, IL. It shares a $500 million, 23 acre bioscience campus with other biofuel companies.
