What types of products are being introduced at CES 2015 in Las Vegas this week? All kinds of fun and interesting new consumer electronics products, some of which are manufactured right here in Illinois. Stern Pinball of Melrose Park, IL is at the event to showcase its new WWE Wrestlemania pinball machine. The game features state-of the-art technology such as a playing field lit by a brilliant LED light display, higher sound quality, and the actual WWE event itself which takes place from an LCD screen projection. Key wrestlers are featured, as is their theme music, and a limited edition of 400 machines come autographed by wrestler Hulk Hogan. The machine is the first to be manufactured with the new SPIKETM hardware system which reduces product complexity and simplifies production, resulting in higher reliability and ease of service. The technology is modular in order to accommodate future game designs.
