Time to dust off your robot dance! The sixth annual National Robotics Week will take place April 4-12. This is an exciting week for the industry as it serves to celebrate US leadership in robotics development. It educates, advocates, and inspires those who are involved with or are interested in robotics design and technology. Be sure to visit the National Robotics Week website to view events that are already planned in all 50 states. You can even submit an event idea of your own for consideration.

Lincoln Land Community College is already planning for action, hosting their second annual Junior FIRST LEGO League event. Here youngsters interested in robotics will have a chance to build simple machines with LEGOs using a motorized part. The event takes place on April 12, from 12:30-4:30 pm in the Lincoln Land Community College Cass Gymnasium, Springfield, IL.
