The American Welding Society (AWS) has recently launched their AWS WeldLink, a new career planning and management system. WeldLink was developed to bring together the entire welding community, including professional welders, educators, and students. It will provide access to training, education, and employment matching opportunities. Online courses will be available. Members will be able to seek employment by creating an online profile detailing their specific professional experience. Companies will be able to use the system to find matches for their open positions.
