Leading manufacturing experts recently gathered at the Digital Manufacturing and Design Innovation Institute (DMDII) in Chicago. The event focused around a panel discussion on “How to convert Smart Manufacturing vision into reality.” The discussion was a part of Wipro’s “Smart Manufacturing – Making it Real” symposium which was held at the institute. Participants included representatives from the Technology and Manufacturing Association (TMA) of Illinois who addressed the need to improve industry through real world applications for smart manufacturing technology.
