ThyssenKrupp Presta Camshaft in Danville has developed a Mechatronics Apprenticeship program that was recently accredited by the US Department of Labor. Their two-year program introduces students to manufacturing, engineering, safety, and more. ThyssenKrupp developed the program with Danville Area Community College (DACC), and based it on the college’s Mechatronics Certification program.
